Mount Apo Civet Coffee is made from the finest and ripest beans of coffeeberries found in the Mt. Apo ranges. It is from the Philippine civetcat’s droppings that the Mt. Apo Civet Coffee is made.  The civet eatsthe berries for their fleshy pulp and in its stomach, proteolyticenzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free aminoacids. The beans from the civet cat yield an aromatic chocolateytasting coffee with much less bitterness.
